Corporate Safety Goal(s)

Hello Everyone,
Greenville Utilities is a combination public utility located in eastern NC. We provide Electric, Water, Sewer, and Natural Gas services to our customers. One of our current focuses is to set meaningful, measurable, and sustainable corporate safety goals.
We are interested in hearing about the goals your organizations have set and met. Additionally it would be great to find out the results you were able to measure and if the change was sustainable.
We are not satisified with our performance for a couple major lagging indicators, however we do not want to set a goal that is to narrow, or to broad. Both leading and lagging indicators will be considered for our goals.
