Each project will have different hazard areas and it changes throughout the project. I could send you a checklist for places to look in a construction project (if you are working in that area. Our safety program here also is required to fill out Hazard Assessment sheets for every task that is being performed on a site. They are simple, but have saved our "butts" ore than once when we have had a government safety officer on site or when there has been an accident. I could send you a copy of what the hazard assessment covers as well.
