CQL Standard

Good morning..
Has anyone here ever dealt with the CQL Standard (mainly applies to disabled persons nursing homes) The accrediting organisation CQL, are based in Canada but they accredit organisations worldwide. I have been told of a CQL audit taking place in approx 5 months time and I am looking for any advice / stories / situations anyone here may have experienced with this organisation and the effort in putting the standard into place.
