How Safe am I at Work?

Need to do a quick "take" on safety in your workplace? Try this 20 question survey at http://www.ohswforum.com/surveys/amisafe.htm. The survey covers 4 dimensions, "Leadership", "I" (as in me), Co-worker attitudes and behaviour and environment. Although not comprehensive, I found it gave a good snapshot of my workplace.
