Safety & Health Notice Board

Hi
We will soon be holding a Safety Week at our factory. To coincide with this, I have been tasked with setting up and maintaining a safety and health noticeboard on an ongoing basis.
I would like to know what type of things do you put up on your safety noticeboards and how you get people to actually read what's on there?
