I have noticed that a lot of individuals are stating that they are qualified safety representatives, but after further conversation, I realize these individuals have not been properly trained. Are the organizations responsible for offer training to these individuals now cutting corners to meet the demand or are employers hiring unqualified individuals with a card for less pay to save money? Any opinions?
