If I am reading this right you need to preform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for each task being performed at you location. Make a list of each job being preformed, outline each step in that is involved with completing that task, determine the hazards associated with each step and then state how to best eliminate/control that hazard. I will send this to your email with a samle JHA form.
